For order issues — shipping, returns, "where's my candle" — include your order number and we'll move faster than a wick in a draft.
For wholesale & retail inquiries — yes, we do that. Tell us about your shop, your vibe, and your minimum order plans.
For custom & bulk orders — groomsmen gifts, corporate orders, bachelor party party-favors that won't embarrass anyone. We've done weirder.
For everything else — fan mail, scent suggestions, life advice (we are not qualified) — same address, same inbox.
We respond within 1–2 business days. If it's been longer, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, we probably set ourselves on fire. Try again.
